- Check your top goals for the event and distinguish that from nice to have!
- What is your key message you want to deliver with the upcoming meeting?
- Check your participant´s expectations! (e.g. listening or telling mode)
- Define where you want and can meet those expectations!
- What facilitation methods or media to use when?
- Where is room for a debate and where not? Leading questions for debate?
